Born in Croydon Surrey on the 25thOctober 1868.
On the 1871 Census he Lived at 2 Church Street West in Croydon.
On the 1881 Census they had moved to 23 Bourne Street
Samuel Married Amy Emma Florence WHITE on the23rd July 1888 in All Saints Church Upper Norwood Surrey.
Their first child was Percy John born during the March quarter of 1889
The second child Florence Ann was born during September quarter of 1890.
On the 1891 Census they was living at 42 Eland Road Croydon Surrey Samuel was working as a Grocers Carman
The third child Hubert Frank on the 11th May 1892 by this time they had move along the road to 49 Eland Road
The third Child William Samuel was born in the March Quarter of 1900 in Croydon
King Edward 7th took the thorne on the 22nd January 1901 on the death of his mother Queen Victoria.
By the 1901 census Samuel and family was living at 67 Waddon Road Croydon and Samuel was working as a Carman General.
The Fourth child Walter Levi was born on the 6th November 1901 at address 74 Derby Road Croydon.
The Fifth Child Alice Gertrude Matilda was born on the 29th September 1905 at 7 Tamworth Road Croydon.
Samuel out lives his Wife by 5 months
King George 5th took the thorne on the 6th May 1910 on the death of his Father King Edward 7th.
