and he was born on the

The second child William was born during the March 1891 in Kennington Lambeth
On the 1891 census the family was living at 7 spring Gardens Lambeth
The last of the child Lillian Elizabeth was born on the 18th September 1893
King Edward 7th takes the throne on the 22nd Janurary 1901 on the death of his mother Queen Victoria.
On the 1901 census the family is living at 35 Murray Buildings Lambeth
King George 5th takes the throne on the 6th May 1910 on the death of his father King Edward 7th.
On the 1911 Census the family was living at 2 Jonathon Street Lambeth Occupation House Painter
it also states Charles is Owner of House property
I Think charles dies in the June Quarter of 1919 in the registration district of St Martin
