King George 3rd is on the Throne.

Charles Tippen was Baptisted on the 10th January 1813 and his parents were Charles Tippin and Mary Martin.
King George 4th akes the throne on the 29th January 1820 on the death of his father King George 3rd
King William 4th takes the throne on the 26th june 1830 on the death of his brother King George 4th.

I think Charles Marries Harriet Nightingale on the 5th January 1834 in Ewell Surrey but his surname has transcribed as Wiffin
The first of the ten children was William and he was born about 1834 and baptisted on the 15th June 1834
The second child Mary was born about 1836 and Baptisted on the 18th June 1835
Queen Victoria takes the throne on the 20th June 1837 on the death of her uncle King William 4th
The third child John was born about 1836 and was baptisted on the 4th December 1836
The fourth child Henry was born in the June quarter of 1838 and was baptisted on the 15th April 1838 in Epsom
The fifth child Sarah was born in 1839 and was baptisted on the 4th August 1839 in Epsom
The sixth child Moses was born in 1841 and was baptisted on the 28thFebruary 1841in Epsom
On the 1841 Census the family was living in Epsom
The seventh child Charles was born on the 26th February 1843 and baptisted on the 26th March 1843 in Epsom
The eighth child Hannah was born about 1845 in Horton Surrey
The ninth child Alfred was born about 1847 in Horton Surrey
The tenth and last child James was born in 1851 in Horton Surrey
On the 1851 census the family live at Horton Surrey, Charles was working as a Ag Labourer
Harriet dies on the 15th August 1854
On the 1861 census the family was living in Horton Lane in the Hamlet of Horton near Epsom, Charles working as a cowman labourer
On the 1871 census Charles is living at Horton in the hamlet of Horton near Epsom and is working as a Ag Labourer
On the 1881 census Charles is living with his son Moses and his family at church Cobham, Cobham and has no occupation
On the 26th February 1886 Charles dies in Cobham .
